When to refund?
If your ordered item(s) did not arrive due to specialcircumstances or as scheduled, you may choose to 1) request for refund or2) switch for another item in our shop.
How to refund?
Refund will be paid in cheque, we will send it by post to your delivery address, if you want to use a new address, please send us your request by email.
When to receive?
Once we confirmed your ordered item(s) is out of stock or not arrive as scheduled, we will issue the refund cheque to you within 3 working days by post.
